Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make an impact? As our Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of 8 credit controllers across 5 locations, ensuring smooth operations and financial excellence. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home up to 2 days a week, while embracing the opportunity to visit our sites monthly and lead our Accounts Receivable function with precision and passion. If accurate billing, timely payments, and leadership are your strengths, this is the role for you!,

  • Hold weekly 121s with team member reviewing volume statistics, performance, and issues along with all aspects of people
  • management including objective setting, resourcing, appraisals and training
  • Conduct monthly KPI reviews across all team processes
  • Drive team effort to collect aged debt including working with the business to resolve issues
  • Reconciling the Accounts Receivable ledgers for the group and produce reporting on aged debt and debit notes
  • Port of call for customer account escalations when Accounts Receivable team members need support or direction
  • Ownership of customer account set up including ensuring appropriate checks have been performed
  • Lead the transformation of Accounts Receivable focusing on process improvement

  • Managerial experience within an Accounts Receivable position
  • Effectively manage teams and projects in multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration
  • Maintain a sharp focus on the finer details to deliver exceptional quality and results
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships through clear, confident, and engaging communication with teams, stakeholders,
