Full Job Description

The College is seeking to appoint two additional Achievement and Progress Coach who will work closely with the Assistant Principals to monitor attendance and academic progression within their faculty. One of the roles will be supporting the Engineering department and the other cross-college. These are fixed-term appointments until 4 th July 2025 and we are open to full time or part-time applications, term time (36 weeks).

The successful candidate will offer practical advice and emotional support to students and be the main point of contact between the College, students and their families.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and who have sound IT skills (Microsoft Office suite desirable).

In addition, previous experience of working in Further Education or with young people in a supporting role would be an advantage.
