The role:

Every day is different in care, and as an activities coordinator your daily routines may be:

Organising personalised activities for residents
Contacting and working with third parties to arrange events such as choirs, dancing and shows, and any transport that is needed.
Managing any activities that have been organised
Accompanying residents on any outings
Attending any meetings
Updating any social media platforms, newsletters, and noticeboards, with photographs and information
Completing any documents and updating records.
Our activities coordinators have a variety of working patterns of morning, afternoons, and evenings, depending on the needs of the homes, and working patterns are based on 7 days a week. Actual hours of work would be discussed during your interview.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, however, full training will be provided.

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
