Actemium Automation Perimeter - Commercial Manager

Role: Commercial Manager Location: Birmingham office, remote working and travel to Business Unit locations Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, flexible hours Salary from: £65,000 + benefits About the role You will be involved in strategic development and, client and partner relations across our seven different business units. Advising and negotiating if required on commercial contracts and, agreements. You will be the point of contact for the Automation perimeter's business units to mitigate any commercial or contractual risk. Main Responsibilities

• Manage, develope, enforce, and enhance company policies, standards, and procedures
• Support business units in preparation of tendering submissions
• Support and negotiate contract terms and progress contract terms to sign-off
• Produce reports and analyses for senior stakeholders
• Develop and implement best practice procurement strategies.
The Person
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at management level
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Full awareness of negotiating contract terms and conditions including NDA's
• Ability to provide critical review, and understanding budget controls
• Experience with difficult and commercially challenging projects
