Full Job Description

Are you passionate about improving the activity package that we provide to our hospital inpatients? Does hospital associated deconditioning, unnecessary bed rest and lack of stimulation motivate you to drive change? Have you ever felt frustrated that you haven't been able to use your skills to help a wider group of patients become more physically and mentally active whilst in hospital?, You will work across all wards and divisions on both Bristol and Weston sites.

You will work with, and be supported by, a wider multi-professional project team

You will collaborate with colleagues and engage with patients and visitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You will manage your time and resources with flexibility to utilise your expertise and skill depending on the needs of the program

You will demonstrate clinical leadership and project management skills to deliver measurable outcomes, children, young people and vulnerable adults.
