Supervising the activities provision provided in the home, being responsible for ensuring that all residents are equally involved in different activities.
Building relationships and supporting our residents helping to maintain their dignity and individuality through activities and group activities and one to one at time.
Planning and implementing person centred creative activities appropriate to resident's needs and requests.
Being in charge of fundraising for the resident's fund.

Good communication skills to effectively interact with residents and fellow colleagues.
