Full Job Description

  • Supervising the activities provision provided in the home, being responsible for ensuring that all residents are equally involved in different activities.
  • Building relationships and supporting our residents helping to maintain their dignity and individuality through activities and group activities and one to one at time.
  • Planning and implementing person centred creative activities appropriate to resident's needs and requests.
  • Being in charge of fundraising for the resident's fund.

    Good communication skills to effectively interact with residents and fellow colleagues.
  • Reliability and flexibility to support the nature of the business.
  • Qualifications and Experience Experience desirable but not essential. Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
