Activities Co-Ordinator

Akari Care is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Activities Coordinator to join their team in Parbold. The role involves creating a welcoming environment for the elderly residents, planning and delivering a variety of engaging activities, and collaborating with the wider community to enrich the lives of the residents., The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for helping and engaging residents to socialize within the home, providing a range of activities that cater to different tastes, abilities, and cultures. They will plan and initiate rolling and individual programmes, encouraging residents to maintain their hobbies and try new activities. The role also involves actively assisting with fundraising initiatives and budgeting for entertainment, materials, and outings. The successful candidate should have a caring nature, be flexible and adaptable, and possess an engaging and outgoing personality.
