You will work closely with the Home Manager and the wider community team to ensure that the activities align with the residents' individual interests and abilities, while also promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the activities budget, sourcing materials and equipment, and collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and friends to maximize resident participation and engagement.
