Full Job Description

We currently have a great opportunity for an Activities Coordinator to join our Retirement Living Plus team at Pencric, Penkridge on a part-time, permanent basis. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services., Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences for others? In this role as Activities Coordinator, you'll design, organise, and deliver a diverse range of activities tailored to the unique needs and preferences of individuals. From promoting learning and physical fitness to encouraging social and mental well-being, you'll make a positive impact every day. Your work will empower those we support by fostering independence, dignity, and choice. You'll collaborate with our Care Plus team to ensure we provide high-quality, cost-effective services that truly make a difference. The working hours for this role are part of a 2 week rolling rota to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Previous experience of working and supporting older people
Previous experience of providing an activities based service for people
Previous experience of managing and organising activities
Previous experience in project working
Willing to commit to further training and development.
Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, PowerPoint , Access and Excel
Knowledge and understanding of email and Internet
The ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
