The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable., The post holder will participate as an integrated multidisciplinary team member, in the provision of a comprehensive and quality activities programme for young people with severe and enduring mental health needs admitted to the inpatient CAMHS service.
Through individual and group work the post holder will contribute towards promoting recovery, maximising service users' independence and maintaining optimum levels of functional skills in a predominantly inpatient setting.

NWAS require an activity coordinator that can plan, provide and engage our service users, staff and colleagues in activities of all kinds, that prevents boredom and presents ways in which people can fill their days in a meaningful way. To work primarily with service users, but also be part of the ward team providing holistic care.
