This is an exciting opportunity to join Barchester Healthcare as an Activities Coordinator at one of their care homes in Chichester. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables the delivery of exceptional all-round care and support for the residents. You will be expected to travel to other Barchester homes as needed to provide support. This is a highly rewarding role where you will get to know the residents and their families to design tailored activity programs that focus on maximizing their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement., As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that suit the interests and abilities of the residents. You will spend time getting to know the residents and their families to create personalized activity programs. Your role will involve working within the home and engaging with the local community to provide a stimulating environment for the residents. You will need to have strong organizational skills, a driven mindset, and an infectious enthusiasm to inspire both residents and staff.
