As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the delivery of exceptional all-round care and support for residents. Your role will involve devising imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability, with the aim of maximizing the well-being, independence and social engagement of the residents., The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating a range of activities and events for the care home residents. This includes getting to know the residents and their families, creating tailored activity programmes, and encouraging participation.
