This is an exciting opportunity to join Barchester Healthcare as an Activities Coordinator in a care home in Preston. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment for the residents, planning and executing a variety of activities to enhance their well-being, independence, and social engagement. You will work closely with the residents and their families to understand their interests and preferences, and develop tailored activity programs to cater to their needs., As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and organizing a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of the residents. This may include social events, recreational activities, outings, and various forms of entertainment. You will need to be a creative and enthusiastic individual, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the care home team to ensure the residents' needs are met. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential, as the company will provide the necessary training and support to help you develop your skills and progress your career.
