The relevant outdoor pursuits qualifications, for example: UK coaching certificate, Archery GB
Strong IT skills
The ability to coach and give clear instruction
Experience within the outdoor pursuits industry.
Experience in delivery of training courses/ team building activities.
Appetite to create and build an exciting and engaging activity program
About Odney, Degree or equivalent in outdoor/ sports related discipline

The main building Lullebrook Manor and it's grounds are thought to have been the inspiration for the classic novel The Wind in The Willows bringing history along with relaxation.

Working pattern/flexible working - This role is based at The Odney Club, Working 10 am - 6 pm daily.
Weekend working with Mondays and Tuesdays off
There may be occasions to work split shifts depending on activity bookings.
Live-in is available if required.
Salary range - The salary range for this role is set at £24,400 - £28,400
Contract type - This is a fixed-term contract (internally known as a secondment), until November 2025, ️ - Full - time working holiday entitlement 22 days holiday, plus public and bank holidays
