Activities Lead
We are expanding our activities team and looking to recruit an Activities Lead to join our small 20 bed residential care home based In Ryde.
Our Activities Team provide a full and varied activities programme of therapeutic group, individual and one to one activity for residents to enjoy.
This will be a full-time role, working alternate weekends, with a flexible approach.
Main Duties of our Activities Lead
Managing an ongoing calendar of social events and activities for residents
Forging and maintaining relationships with the local community Researching and Implementing fun, new Ideas and engaging activities, keeping to budget
Skills and Experience of our Activities Lead
Previous experience of organising events and activities would be an advantage
Previous experience of leading, motivating and inspiring a team Hold a full, clean driving licence
