Although this is a seasonal contract our park runs nearly-year-round. Our season runs February to Mid-November and then re-opens December for Winter Wonderland at Cayton Bay. Sports Supervisors at Cayton Bay assist with the everyday running of the department with confidence and experience. • To support the daily operation of the Leisure and Activities departments and lead and motivate your team
• To follow standard policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and a great experience
• To carry out additional training with the team to ensure high standards are maintained
• Supporting the department management team in driving the success of the department against all targets.
