Actuarial Director - Insurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Financial Services business unit, you will be responsible for providing expert actuarial advice to our clients in the insurance industry.,

• Lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our portfolio of clients
• Provide expert actuarial advice on reserving, capital calculations, and Solvency II technical provisions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Manage and deliver concurrent projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results
  
  Insurance Actuary qualification and extensive consulting experience
• Proven track record of delivering growth and business development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• IT literate to a high level, including expertise in MS Excel
• Able to manage and deliver concurrent projects at any one time, Microsoft office
