Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the post of a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Band 5 on Bryngolau ward which is an Acute Older Adult Mental Health Ward in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.

The role will be to assess, plan and deliver excellent care for individuals with Mental Health needs on a 15 bedded Older Adult Acute Admission Ward.

This is a full-time post however part time will be considered., You will be expected to work a shift pattern, including night duty, to ensure that patients are supported with their physical, psychological and social needs across a 24/7 period. You will lead in the assessment process in relation to delivering appropriate and skilled interventions.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
