Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Mental Health Nurse, General Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to work as part of the Multi-disciplinary Team on St Non Ward, Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.

The role will be to assess, plan and deliver excellent care for individuals with Mental Health needs on a 15 bedded Older Adult Acute Admission Ward., You will be expected to work a shift pattern, including night duty, to ensure that patients are supported with their physical, psychological and social needs across a 24/7 period. You will lead in the assessment process in relation to delivering appropriate and skilled interventions.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
