ADHD Specialist Nurse

We are looking to expand our specialist ADHD team by recruiting an experience ADHD Specialist Nurse. Our ADHD team is a multi-professional team whose main focus is the assessment and treatment of adults presenting with ADHD symptoms. The primary focus of the team is to provide high quality, ADHD assessments and treatment. The postholder will conduct ADHD assessments for adults accessing the service and conduct regular medication reviews for a caseload of adults, with monitoring of treatment response. The postholder will be required to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and also work autonomously and exercise a very high level of clinical expertise. She/he must also possess expertise in the assessment of ADHD and be able to evidence delivery of a similar role elsewhere. Our service model is mainly virtual whereby patients are assessed and managed using video and telephone consultations. A laptop and appropriate mobile working equipment will be provided.,

• Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
• Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
• A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
• Delivery of over 120,000 patient consultations per year
• Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
