Full Job Description
- Answering telephone inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Updating customer portals using digital systems.
- Utilising Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Processing paperwork for engineers.
- Liaising with clients through telephone and email communication.
- Inputting data into the accounting system, Xero.
- Supporting the Electrical Department with various administrative tasks., This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team at ATS. With the new workload from Frasers Group, the Admin Apprentice will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of service. Our office environment is laid back yet productive, ensuring work is both fun and fulfilling.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Capacity to prioritise workload effectively.
