Full Job Description
As an admin apprentice you will be at the heart of the Reablement team, supporting the essential day to day operations of the team. You will gain hands on experience in a fast-paced professional environment while working towards a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification. What you'll be doing: Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain the skills and complete the necessary learning and development to successfully carry out the role and its responsibilities. This will include hands-on experience in tasks such as;
- Providing a comprehensive and efficient administrative support service to the Reablement team, using a variety of mainstream and specialist software i.e. word, excel, financial and social care databases and systems.
- Updating the customer database from allocation through to closure by completing the administrative, financial, and contracting elements of the process.
- Providing professional and timely customer services through a variety of communication channels, responding to all enquiries effectively from both internal and external sources.
- Processing invoices for payment, adhering to tight deadlines; investigating, querying, and resolving invoice discrepancies appropriately; raising purchase orders as required; and ordering/monitoring stock items including stationery and first aid equipment.
- Taking minutes of meetings as and when required.
