Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will undertake a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to help improve overall efficiency.

  • Responsibilities:


  • - Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

    - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

    - Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

    - Maintain an organized filing system for important documents.

    - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

    - Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

    - Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

    - Proficient in using computerized systems for various office tasks.

    - Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite for document creation and collaboration.

    Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.

    - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

    - Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    - Proficiency in typing and computerized systems.

    - Prior administrative experience is a plus but not essential

    - Data entry accuracy and speed are essential.

    - Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
