Join Katharine House Hospice Stafford as an Admin Assistant in our HR Department, where your efforts will contribute to something meaningful - ensuring that local people receive the care they need when it matters most., Our HR Department is essential in ensuring that our diverse team of staff, across various roles, are well-supported, allowing them to excel in their work., This role has become available due to internal progression, reflecting our commitment to supporting staff development and growth.
As our Admin Assistant, you'll be working within the HR department based at our Business Centre. Your attention to detail will help maintain a well-organised system that everyone can rely on. Plus, you'll play a key part in supporting our recruitment processes, helping us bring in new team members who share our commitment to making a difference. We're looking for someone who's friendly, organised, and ready to make an impact.
We're looking for someone who is professional and approachable and has:
- experience or an interest in the field of HR
- excellent IT skills
- experience of meeting deadlines and prioritising changing workloads
- excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task.

33 days per annum, which includes bank holidays (pro rata for part time), increasing after five and 10 years' service.
