Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Community Admin Management team providing clerical and administrative duties and, supporting the provision of an efficient and effective service to the Divisional Admin & Information Manager / Deputy Admin Managers / PA to Divisional Director / Directorate Supports., The post holder will possess excellent communication skills to enable them to answer telephones, liaise with professional and non-professional groups and to support the main reception area within the Childrens Centre, based in Durham Road, Sunderland.

Other admin duties include printing, copying, laminating, ensuring the main meeting room is kept in a clean and tidy manner, TB work for the Specialist HV team.

Hours of work will be 37.5 per week Monday to Friday, over a 52-week period. Applicants should be flexible to the needs of the service.

The post-holder is required to have Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Minimum grade C/4) is essential for the post.
