Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong organisation and interpersonal skills to come and work with the Haematology secretarial team as an Administration Assistant.You will work closely with the administrative and clinical team, supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective office service.Candidates should possess a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly is a busy environment. You ideally with have experience of working as an administrator/receptionist and are familiar with secretarial and administrative processes and practices.,

  • Answering telephone queries
  • Making appointments
  • Typing letters
  • Dealing with patient queries
  • Scanning and logging referrals
  • Booking clinic appointments where required
  • Monitoring the generic Haematology inbox
