Full Job Description
Do you enjoy working within a busy office or reception environment, where no two days are the same?, We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to come and join our Warwickshire Cluster for hours per week on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Your main unit will be Stratford Upon Avon, with the expectation to cover in Coventry and Nuneaton when required. A detailed shift pattern can be found in the further information section below. You'll work as part of the team in carrying out administration tasks in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that clients feel accepted, supported, and confident about BPAS services.,
- Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with both internal andexternal colleagues, as necessary.
- Accurately check or complete BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring allrelevant documentation is available for the clients episode of care.
- Monitor, edit and amend appointment list, using as appropriate BPAS bookingsystem, informing clients if changes to their appointment become necessary.
- Assist in the monitoring, control and ordering of stock, sort anddistribute incoming mail and prepare and despatch statistical information andreports., The full job description and salary details can be found in the supporting documents on the right hand side. You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties. You will be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties., Experience of dealing face to face with patients who may be upset,within a care environment. - Knowledge of clerical procedures including checking documentation,telephone, and reception duties.

- Administration experience gained within an office environment and general office duties
- Knowledge of clerical procedures including checking documentation, telephone and reception duties Desirable
- Experience of dealing face to face with patients who may be angry or upset, within a care environment
- Healthcare administration experience, English and Maths qualification either GCSE A to C or Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE 4
- or NVQ level 2
- Competent in Microsoft Office programmes including word, excel, outlook and Microsoft teams
