Barnardo's Employment, Training and Skills Yorkshire have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic admin assistant to join our business support team and help us continue to provide first class admin support to our busy teams and young people.

As an Admin assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support with a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload, as you will be managing multiple tasks at any one time. You will be competent and self-motivated with fantastic verbal and written communication skills. Essential requirements to evidence in your written application:

  • Experience of IT systems including the use of word, Excel and database systems.
  • Experience of general office procedures including archiving.
  • Experience of data inputting, maintaining records and producing statistical reports.
  • Experience of telephone/reception duties.
  • Experience of Financial Recording keeping.
  • Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience of COSHH/Health & Safety checks desirable.

    Barnardo's Employment, Training and Skills Yorkshire is a Work Based Learning Provider based in Bradford.
