Admin Assistant | Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking for Admin Assistant to join our Integrated Discharge services to provide administrative & clerical support to the Hospital Trust and Hospital Social Services. You will work in a team that provides an efficient service to patients. You will maintain clients and patients' records /data bases, greet and assist patients, relatives, and visitors to the departments. You will be working closely with health and social services professionals. Key duties include:

• Undertaking the role of the reimbursement administrator to log referrals and update health records
• Deal efficiently with general enquiries
• Liaise with Homerton Healthcare Trust, Social Services and other Social Services Local Offices and Housing Department
• Attend departmental and team meetings, training sessions, and workshops and arrange meetings and events
