Full Job Description

Fitch Ratings Insurance team is currently seeking an Admin Assistant on a 1 year contract basis, to be based out of our London office.
The role of the Team Administrator is to provide administrative support primarily to the London and Frankfurt based Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Financial Institutions Group to include MDs and analysts.

  • We'll Count on You To:
  • Assisting Middle Office with rating committee scheduling and related requests

  • General administrative support: phone queries, distribution of post, filing, photocopying, printing, sending/ordering stationery, ordering business cards, arranging couriers, etc.

  • Arranging meetings (internal and external), booking conference rooms/refreshments, etc.

  • Coordinating and managing travel plans, booking flights, hotels, visas, etc. through Concur

  • Preparing expenses in SAP Concur and liaising with Accounts Dept.

  • Onboarding assistance of new joiners and leavers; coordinating with premises and IT

  • Assisting with scheduling Team Building and Volunteer events

  • Cover for PA/Team Administrator as required

  • Ad-Hoc requests

    Relevant Team administrative support experience desirable, but not a prerequisite

  • Excellent computer literacy in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • High degree of proficiency in both spoken and written English; no other languages required but welcome

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, good common sense and logical approach to work.

  • Prioritize own workload and able to juggle a number of different tasks and at one time.
