Full Job Description

A 6 month temporary contract has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 2 to join our busy team providing administration support to the scanning project within the Integrated clinical and general Dental Team based at Jameson Street. The successful candidate must be well organised, able to prioritise own workload and work to process and deadlines.

This role involves working with the Scanned Records Administrator and Administration/Service Managers, undertaking the scanning of medical records and uploading them onto the Electronic Patient Record. The post holder will have excellent computer and organisational skills to support this project. Due to the nature of this service, the post holder will be required to deal with sensitive information and must adhere to confidentiality and data protection at all times.

The post holder must be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to work without direct supervision on a daily basis producing work of a good quality to a high standard, accurate, paying attention to detail.
