Admin Coordinator

The role within EPIC provides support for planned and urgent care services as well as Primary Care Network Support. The team work together to ensure that tasks are carried out to the required deadlines; to support patient care and population health across neighbourhoods in Salford. The team has to respond to changing circumstances and a positive and flexible approach is required including changing locations the post holder may need to work from at short notice. The post holder organises their work and manages their time autonomously and effectively to ensure that alltasks are completed within the required timescales. EPIC24 works under the direction of the Primary Care Networks and in delivering Salford CCG Urgent Care contracts., Our admin coordinator will be responsiblefor the efficient and effective operation of the administrative systems that are pivotal to the daily running of these services. Tasks could include monitoring stock levels, supporting clinicians with data inputting, monitoring of the service email inbox, responding to and collaborating to support requests, telephone calls to colleagues & patients and monitoring clinical systems to escalate issues where appropriate.

Salford Primary Care Together is a community interest company with all GP practices in Salford as its members. Our aim is to work with our members and other partners to ensure general practice is at the heart of joined up care in Salford.

The Extended Primary Integrated Care (EPiC) Team is ran by Salford Primary Care Together to bring together primary and urgent care services through a central hub so that patients can be directed to most appropriate level of care they require.
