Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time permanent Admin Hub Lead based from Rochford Community Hospital, Rochford, Essex. This role does involve moving around sites where your admin are located on reception areas to provide support and coverage where necessary.

You will have the day to day responsibility for the management of a Team of Administrators working in the South East Essex Operational Administration Team.

The successful applicant will be required to carry out regular probationary, supervision and appraisal meetings so previous management experience is preferred.

You will be required to allocate and oversee the operational tasks within your area of responsibilities.

You team would provide support primarily for the clinicians with general administrative duties and responsibilities. Some of the responsibilities and duties include;

Overseeing all forms of communication in relation to the correspondence between teams and patient care is the priority focus

Use of information systems and bespoke medical platforms so a high level of data protection and confidentiality is involved., To lead in the provision of an administrative support to clinical staff and ensure generic processes are in place. Assist in the full implementation of a robust Administration support service.

Salary: £25,147 - £27,596 Pro Rata
