Full Job Description

To manage a team of admin staff.

To be responsible for monthly report collating and writing

To carry out annual appraisals/PDR's and regular 121's for your team.

To be responsible for the recruitment of admin staff into your team

To have a good understanding of IT system.

To attend monthly budget meetings.

To chair meetings with your team.

To undertake project work and audit work when required.
