An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, reliable and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire, as a band 3 Admin Officer.
You will be part of a large clinical team providing a specialised, comprehensive and patient-centred clinical administration and secretarial service to the Nuclear Medicine team in accordance with department and Trust guidelines, policies or procedures. To act as a source of advice and guidance regarding the specialist work undertaken in the department., To provide a specialised, comprehensive and patient-centred clinical administration and secretarial service to Scientific/Medical Consultants and the Nuclear Medicine team in accordance with department and Trust guidelines, policies or procedures. To act as a source of advice and guidance regarding the specialist work undertaken in the department.
It is essential the successful candidate enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in patient care. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, work well as part of a team, but also have the ability to use your initiative and work individually.
