The Admin/Front of House/Operations assistant will play an essential role in the day to day running of the agency. The person will be bright, energetic, positive and proactive. You'll have some basic commercial experience, but have a quick mind, a hunger to learn and be a natural problem-solver. The role is multi-faceted - you'll be greeting clients, working with the finance team on invoice admin, inputting data on spreadsheets, answering some calls, getting involved in other areas of important admin. This is a superb way to get involved with a successful creative agency and understand how the team operates. There is a lot of scope in time for the person with the right proactive attitude to do well here and grow within the team. The team are sociable, friendly, inclusive, and you'll have a lot of fun working here. Alternatively, this could be a role for someone who has worked agency side in account management who'd like to return in a less client-facing capacity. For these people, more flexible hours can be discussed. As this is front of house, your working hours will be based in the studio.
