Full Job Description

As our Admin Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support for the Northumberland Recovery College. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.,

  • Support the effectiveness of meetings, ensuring they are arranged in a timely manner, papers are collated and distributed beforehand, accurate minutes are taken and distributed and actions are monitored and followed up to ensure completion within agreed timescales

  • Manage small projects as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support to colleagues, service users, and stakeholders.

  • Collect data for reporting and maintain accurate student records.

  • Assist with student enrolment and update the Elemental platform.

  • Maintain a digital document management system and update website content.

  • Share social media posts and ensure activities are promoted.

  • Monitor mailboxes and respond to emails where appropriate., 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 32 days at 5 years service) and the option to purchase or sell day
