Full Job Description

  • Marketing Analytics and Data Collection: The apprentice will gather and analyse data to drive marketing strategies and improve performance.
  • Targeted Client and Candidate Marketing: They will assist in creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates.
  • Support Director with Marketing Projects: They will work closely with the director to support various marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Daily Social Media Content Creation and Posting: The role involves developing engaging content and managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: They will assist in promoting job vacancies effectively through different channels.
  • Invoicing and Credit Control: The apprentice will handle invoicing tasks with precision and assist with credit control procedures.
  • Use of AI and Automated Systems: They will implement AI tools and automated systems to streamline processes.
  • General Office Admin Duties: Providing administrative support to the Directors and team, ensuring smooth office operations.

    Educational Requirements: Candidates should have Maths and English GCSEs - Grade 5 or above.
  • Interest in Analytics and Digital Marketing: A keen interest in data analysis and digital marketing trends is necessary.
  • Organisational Skills: The ideal candidate must be well-organised and process-driven, with an ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Communication Skills: A clear communicator who can articulate ideas effectively is required.
