Admin Support (Job Ref: 203)

Salary: Up to £23,127 per annum

Location: Carlisle and Penrith

Duration: Permanent

The Role

Our role profile tells the full story, but as an Admin Support you will work as a key member of the team in either our busy Head Office in Penrith or our busy office in Carlisle, providing highly efficient and administrative support on a range of contracts and projects.

This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position are 37 per week, however requests for part time hours will also be considered.

About You

You will have:

. Minimum GCSE grade C or 4/5 in Maths, English and a Computing related subject, together with an NVQ Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration;

. Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

. Good communication skills;

. An understanding of good customer service;

. A willingness to learn and the ability to handle multiple tasks;

. An eye for detail when recording information in databases;
