Full Job Description

The role is varied, requiring a person with good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure while providing a positive, responsive, and professional service on behalf of the team.
The main duties of the role will include -
+ To provide efficient admin & clerical support to the Community Phlebotomy Team within City of Coventry Health Centre.
+ To greet patients at reception
+ Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries from patients, relatives, and service users.
+ Input data into administration systems, so excellent keyboard skills are essential.
+ Receiving Referrals and uploading to inhouse system
+ Arranging and Booking home visit appointments.
This role is for 22.5hrs per week, working 3 days a week between the hours of 08.00 - 16.30. The post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to undertake cross site working to cover annual leave/sickness to meet the needs of the service.

If you enjoy helping people in a reception/ office-based environment, this could be the role for you. Candidates will need to be organised, able to solve problems and work to deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature are essential for this role as you will be the first point of contact for our visitors/patients either face to face or on the telephone.
