Full Job Description

The North Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Care Partnership, hosted by North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, is made up of partners working together to provide wellbeing, social and health care services for the population we serve, this includes Healthwatch, Voluntary & Community organisations, District and County Councils, NHS Providers and other partners across primary, secondary and community care.
Place-based partnerships understand and work with communities, join up and co-ordinate services around people's needs, address social and economic factors that influence health and wellbeing and support quality and sustainability of local services. Each 'place' will deliver much of this through integrated neighbourhood / locality teams and will focus on the co-ordination, planning and delivery of integrated services and personalised care within the place area., The Admin Support Officer will provide comprehensive support to the North Care Partnership, using their exceptional organisational skills to provide comprehensive, accurate and responsive project and administrative support to the North Care Partnership Team. This includes: handling confidential and sensitive information, using computerised information systems, word-processing, taking minutes at various meetings, developing and maintaining electronic filing systems, and producing reports.
The Admin Support Officer:
+ Provides key administrative support to the North Care Partnership Board and team
+ Undertakes administrative procedures to support the day to day running of the North Care Partnership, including the Board and projects and programmes
+ Acts as the point of contact for enquiries and North Care Partnership communications
+ Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, + Support and assist the North Care Partnership Board providing administrative and project support.
+ Diary management (using Outlook) for the North Care Partnership team and Executive team, including the Managing Director.
+ Prepare and co-ordinate meeting agendas, papers, rooms, and facilities for project or programme meetings, workshops, engagement meetings or other sessions. This will include virtual as well as face to face meetings.
+ Attend project or programme meetings and accurately capture minutes and/or actions where required. The post holder will be expected to keep action trackers updated which may involve following up actions with colleagues internally
+ Support the meeting holder by assisting with meeting facilitation for the participation of the attending group members.
+ To create and maintain documentation for a number of projects including project plans, minutes of meetings, preparing agendas, Terms of Reference, risk registers and action trackers.
+ Support the Managing Director with updating the North Care Partnership risk registers and raising any concerns with risk management.
+ Produce/draft other documents as required, including reports, narratives, template documents, spreadsheets and presentations using MS Office, ensuring work is of a high quality.
