Full Job Description
Due to the promotion of the current post holder we have a great opportunity for a highly motivated person to join our Admin Team working in the Pharmacy Directorate at the University Hospital of North Midlands Trust.
Based in the Pharmacy Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital of North Midlands, this post will support the Pharmacy Senior Management Team in ensuring all of the deadlines and turnaround times are met. The post holder will offer support in times of absence in order to ensure service delivery suffers no disruption.
This is an ideal post for someone with administration experience looking to work in a small, busy, friendly team.
Main duties of the job Key tasks include:
1. The post holder is required to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team and to the Pharmacy Directorate as a whole.
2. The post holder will specifically support work for the education and training of staff and supporting workforce initiatives as directed by the Clinical Director of Pharmacy.
3. The post holder will proactively support the Pharmacy Administration and Clerical Team in ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided. You should be flexible both in your approach to work and be able to work as part of a team working towards ensuring all targets and deadlines are achieved within the department., Key tasks include

3. The post holder will proactively support the Pharmacy Administration and Clerical Team in ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided in the day to day operation of the following: General Administration, Finance, Human Resources and Health & Safety.
