Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Band 4Admin Team Lead in the CAMHS Mental Health Support Team Bracknell. The position is 37.5 hours per week, and we are looking for a candidate who can support the team Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 15.00. Administrators are key to our Trust, supporting our service users and clinicians. The Bracknell Mental Health Support Team is a new early intervention CAMHS service which is expanding; therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, independent thinking and innovative.Main duties of the job

  • You will support the effective operation of the Bracknell Mental Health Support Service (MHST). This includes providing the required support to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, and children, young people and families receive a seamless and timely service. This is a key role within a developing service and the job requires a high degree of flexibility in response to workload agendas.
  • You will be expected to act on your own initiative daily to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising the workload as required.
  • You will liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
