Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Team Manager to join the team at HMP Risley, a Category C male prison in Warrington, with capacity of around 1,100. This is a fantastic, brand new opportunity, created due to growth within the service, where you will work closely with the senior team to ensure that patients receive the best healthcare possible! In this new role you will work across all healthcare pathways, ensuring that teams are fully supported. Working closely with the senior team, you really can make this role your own, and you will have lots of support from our team! Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are between Monday and Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00, As our new Admin Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the Head of Healthcare and Deputy, as well as working with the senior team onsite
- Having line management responsibility for the admin team
- Support with payroll and staffing
- Attend and take minutes in senior meetings
- Plan diaries and arrange senior meetings
- Support with the recruitment and HR processes
- Work with the clinical team to improve the overall service If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
- Experience of leading an admin team
- Excellent excel skills and able to produce reports
- Have an extensive admin background, ideally within healthcare
- Experience of using SystmOne would be a bonus, as would any experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience of minute taking
- Due to location, access to a vehicle would be ideal

This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary of £30,975 - £35,175 - depending on experience How will we support you?
