Full Job Description

Our market leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration law. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Administrator to join our Employment team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing administrative support to Commercial HR Rely Leads and wider Business Development team for this product.
Main duties and responsibilities

  • Schedule potential client appointments coming in via various sources

  • Admin support and basic drafting of proposals documents

  • Manage literature requests by provide detailed product information to clients on behalf of the sales team.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product offerings, features, and pricing

  • Maintain working list and prospect/pursuit/Opportunity pipeline in the CRM system in order to help manage the pipeline

  • Handle administrative tasks such as diary management and travel bookings and expense claims for our Commercial HR Rely Leads

  • Provide support to the sales team in achieving targets and improving sales strategies.

  • Assist in the organisation and execution of promotional events and merchandise management

  • Maintaining monthly sales records as well as keeping track of payments received for commission payments and track client onboarding progress

  • Regular and ad hoc reporting on sales pipeline

    Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role and in a similar environment. As the role is varied, we are looking for you to have a flexible approach to the work you do and be able to adapt to different tasks.   • Proficient in using complex systems, ideally a CRM tool
