Administration Assistant

Support the Nursing and Quality Team undertaking clerical duties as allocated by your linemanager providing effective and efficient service in a polite and courteous manner.o Provide support to the Deputy Director of Nursing, the nursing and quality team in generalenquiries as instructed and providing cover for the PA DDoN during annual leave etc.o Undertake general duties to support the Nursing and quality improvement teams as and whenrequiredo Assist in meeting administrative targets for the nursing quality teams, including supportingmeetings and transcribing minutes.o Use computer, office equipment and telephones to undertake the duties of the post.o Assist Nursing and Quality lead Nurses in maintaining a robust outsourcing of reports systemincluding creating and maintaining data baseso Participate in staff training and monthly meetingso Ensure maximum data accuracy of data at all times.o Adhere to security and data protection policies of the Trust in respect of access and use
ofpatient data, equipment security etco Maintain confidentiality at all times
