Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated band 2 administrative assistant to join the Malvern and Wyre Forest Housing, Adaptations and Specialist Equipment (HASE) community occupational therapy team. This is a part time post of 22.5 hours, covering Wednesday to Friday. Although you are based in Malvern there is an expectation to work across county depending on the needs of the service. HASE provides assessment and recommendations around major adaptations to peoples own homes; rehousing advice and provision of specialist equipment relating to occupation.

This role will encompass administration duties, use of IT systems, answering telephone calls and emails, talking with members of the public over the phone regarding various issues relating to HASE and supporting our duty and referral process. You will be working alongside occupational therapists, assistant practitioners and health care assistants.
