Full Job Description

We are looking for a super-efficient Sales Support Administrator to support our sales team. You will be responsible for the administrative support for our Knightsbridge Commercial brand. A background in either business administration or previous receptionist experience would be advantageous, though not essential as full training will be provided to assist with the role. You will be managing tasks to aid the sales team from people who are looking to sell a business, compiling and sending commercial agreements/non-disclosure agreements and dealing with general administration/office duties.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage

  • Fast typing speed of at least 70 WPM and accuracy at >96%

  • Good communication skills - working effectively within both an internal and external team

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Energy and commitment

  • Excellent IT & Analytical skills
