Full Job Description

You will work closely with the administrative and clinical team within Upper GI and General Surgery, supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective office service.
Candidates should possess a professional attitude to their work .
The Successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use their own initiative and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is flexible with their working hours, who has basic admin qualifications and/or experience and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The main duties of the role include; typing, chasing results reviews, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking appointments and other administrative duties to support the clinical, administration and management teams.
