Full Job Description
The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks as set out in the job description.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate team player to work within the Administration Team. The Administration Team is made up of receptionists, ward clerks, medical secretaires and general administrators providing a full admin function and support to the clinical staff and patients. Each day will be different, and the role will involve working across all functions within the team.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate initiative. You will need to be a team player, with a flexible can do approach together with the ability to prioritise your own workload. We will provide the successful candidate with appropriate training in the necessary processes and Trust IT systems and ongoing support in their use.
This role requires you to have current right to work in the UK which enables you to undertake the role without need of sponsorship. Given the current UK immigration regulations this role is not eligible for sponsorship and therefore it is not possible for the Trust to sponsor applicants., You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be efficient and organised with your own workload.
